Salon Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours, and we strive to provide the best service to every client. To ensure fairness and availability, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy.

Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
   

No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged the full service amount.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. Full service fees may still apply.
